When you use GroomGrid, we collect information you provide directly — including your business name, email address, phone number, and payment information. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information to improve our service.
We use your information to provide and improve our grooming business management platform, process payments, send appointment reminders and business notifications, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Your payment information is processed through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
